Leah Weeks

RES Reading Specialist

This is Leah's twenty first year in public education and her tenth year as the Reading Specialist at RES. Leah previously taught kindergarten, first, and second grade in Newmarket and Dover. Leah is trained in Orton-Gillingham and is a certified Fundations facilitator.

When not reading and writing with the students at RES, Leah enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Sarah Holmes

RES Math Specialist

This is Sarah's 5th year as Math Specialist at RES. She has worked in public education in NH for twenty four years .

Sarah's math mission is to facilitate learners to discover that we are all good at math! We only need time to discover how we best make sense of the math problems.

When Sarah is not focused on her math mission, she enjoys living in Rye with her husband, 2 children (one in RES and one at RJH), and their cat.

Kate Morrison

RSD Digital Learning Specialist

Kate has been teaching for 14 years, and this is her 3rd year in the Rye schools. She's passionate about project-based learning, nature, and innovation. She believes technology is a tool that will help students connect and collaborate with the world around them, and loves guiding students toward new discoveries.

In her free time you can find Kate exploring the coastal waterways by kayak with her family, gardening, or enjoying a new book.
