I live in Eliot, Maine with my wife Megan, and our three kids Cooper, Iris and Louie, ages 20, 17 and 15. This is my 29th year teaching with the last 16 years here at RES.
When I'm not in school, I like to spend time with my family on the backyard hockey rink, working on our old house, reading, listening to music and playing my guitar.
I'm excited for another fun school year and look forward to getting to know all our third graders.
My husband Robert and I live in Hampton with our cat, Ruby. We have five adult sons, and five grandchildren. We also have three granddogs and one grandcat.
I am a Pisces and a number of my favorite activities involve water. I love walking on the beach, collecting seaglass, swimming, (preferably in warm water), kayaking, hiking to waterfalls, and curling up with a good book and a cup of tea on a rainy day.
When I am not involved in water related activities I love to cook, write, facilitate NAMI support groups, and of course teach!
